Chris Beck, MBA SPHR
Chris Beck offers over 20 years experience in human resources consulting and management. Her experience includes recruiting and employment/staffing, compensation and performance management, employee benefit administration, Affirmative Action, employee relations, legal compliance and outplacement consulting.
Chris has held senior level human resources positions within the financial services industry for publicly held and private employers as well as mid-level positions within a publicly held manufacturing company. As a past adjunct faculty member of Rock Valley College, Chris taught Human Resources Management classes within the Business Division.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management with emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University – and also earned her MBA from NIU. She acquired her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2004 and is a member of the Compensation Advisory Committee for the Rockford Park District.
Chris was elected to the Rock Valley College Board of Trustees in 2005 where she is a member of the Board’s Human Resources Committee.
